Shipping Policy

Every Prodigal piece is made to order — nothing is pre-printed or sitting in a warehouse. That means your order is created specifically for you once you check out, which takes a little longer than buying something already on a shelf, but ensures each piece is fresh and made with care.

Production time: 2-4 business days to print and prepare your order.

Shipping time: 8-11 business days for most U.S. addresses once your order ships. Some items may ship from international facilities, which can take up to 15-27 business days depending on the piece and your location. Delivery to remote or rural addresses may take longer than standard estimates.

Total estimated time: Please allow 10-15 business days from order to delivery for most U.S. orders, and up to 3-4 weeks for select items or remote locations.

We know that's a wait — it's the tradeoff for made-to-order quality over mass-produced stock. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to reach out before ordering and we'll let you know the most accurate estimate for that specific piece.
